The applicable APC is determined by the billing location of the individual, institution, or organization responsible for payment. Applicable taxes may be charged separately where required by law.
When it applies
There is no manuscript submission fee. An APC becomes payable only after the applicable editorial process has been successfully completed and the manuscript has been formally accepted.
Certain article types may carry a reduced APC or no APC only where explicitly stated.
Editorial independence and outcomes
Payment does not influence review or editorial decisions and does not guarantee acceptance, indexing, citation, discovery, research impact, or any other outcome.
Waivers and discounts
Waivers or discounts may be available in approved circumstances. ANVA may operate introductory or promotional waiver arrangements. A request, or ability or inability to pay, must not affect scholarly evaluation. No waiver is automatic unless confirmed.
